As geostatistical modeling is gaining popularity in industry, geostatistics has become more and more important part of undergraduate and graduate curriculum as well as in research projects. By offering an educational version of GridSTAT, an integrated 3D geostatistical reservoir description and seismic inversion software, we believe that we are doing our part for both academia and the industry by exposing students to the state of the art technology.
The educational version of GridSTAT is intended for course work and research, with data size limits. A commercial version should be used for commercial projects.
