Each graph is controlled a set of parameters. Some frequently used options can be modified from the Format pull down menu. The Graphpar panel from the Options pull down menu contains all the parameters. Parameters associated with how the grid is displayed are in the GridGraph panel from the Options pull down menu. Additional control options are on the left of the GridOutput panel.
To walk through a 2D view of grid, make that graph the only graph then use the scroll bar at the bottom of the graph. To slice through a grid graph automatically, use the Range option on the left of GridOutput panel and select one of the available directions.
To rotate a 3D view graph, either turn the automatic Rotate On from View pull down menu, or make the graph the only graph and use the bottom scroll bar for azimuth and the right scroll bar for dip.
If the grid is large, the default is draft view, skipping some of the cells. The actual range of display can be modified either from the Range option on the left of GridOutput panel or the GridGraph panel from the Options pull down menu.
To change the range of a grid going into Grid PDF or Grid CDF, use the Edit Range panel from the Range option on the left of GridOutput panel. Use the DPC option from the Tools pull down menu to show the included number of data points.
To modify the color scale or use a different color scheme, either go to GridGraph panel from the Options pull down menu or use the Color option on the left of GridOutput panel. The default is discrete color. Continuous color schemes include Gray scale, Rainbow, Red-white-blue, etc. Contour color divisions can be saved and then read back. To show different color for different layer on a horizon grid graph, select color As Layer from GridGraph panel.
Other frequently used options include Structure/Stratigraphic, ShowWells, ShowTraces, DrawCell/Draw XY Surface, DrawInterior, etc.
To produce a picture to put into other software, such as MS Powerpoint, you can print a Windows Metafile or a CGM Metafile and then Insert the picture into MS Powerpoint or MS Word.
